The Newcastle Paceway can host a variety of functions from small to large groups. We can cater for groups of 250 in Pacers restaurant and upto 350 people in the Parade Ring room all seated at tables. We can accomodate over 500 in theatre style seating. The function rooms are available on both race and non race days/nights subject to availability. Full catering can be provided by our qualified staff from breakfasts, finger foods, buffets to sit down dinners. All seminar Equipment can be provided including radio microphones, white boards, data projector and lecturns. We can host wedding receptions, seminars, product launches, farwells, 18th, 21st birthday parties, formals and end of season awards and presentation nights. Our venue is fully licensed and all areas are air conditioned. We are centrally located only a few short kilometres from the heart of the CBD. Attention sporting clubs in Newcastle. We have the ideal function room for sporting clubs presentation nights. We are centrally located at the International Sports Centre right behind energy Australia Stadium. Our complex is enclosed with security fencing, is well lit with ample parking at both main entrances either off Turton Road or Jackson Street. Our newly refurbished Parade Ring room can accommodate 350 people seated at round tables. You won’t have some of the distractions of having your event at a hotel or club. The Parade ring room is fully enclosed in glass and is air conditioned. We have a newly installed public address/presentation system and a large screen for viewing SKY channel, commercial TV, DVD's or lap top presentations. We also have a small stage for use on the night. We are a licensed premises trading until 12 midnight. All catering is provided by our qualified staff. A wide range of menu selections are available from BBQ’s, finger foods to elegant ala carte or buffets, or a menu can be tailored to your specific needs. Our drink prices are reasonable.
