The Newcastle Paceway can host a variety of functions from small to large groups. We can cater for groups of 250 in Pacers restaurant and upto 350 people in the Parade Ring room all seated at tables. We can accomodate over 500 in theatre style seating. The function rooms are available on both race and non race days/nights subject to availability. Full catering can be provided by our qualified staff from breakfasts, finger foods, buffets to sit down dinners. All seminar Equipment can be provided including radio microphones, white boards, data projector and lecturns. We can host wedding receptions, seminars, product launches, farwells, 18th, 21st birthday parties and end of season awards and presentation nights. Our venue is fully licensed and all areas are air conditioned. We are centrally located only a few short kilometres from the heart of the CBD.
