RACE SPONSORSHIP

Promotion and entertainment are the key ingredients of our race sponsorship packages. We do more than conduct trotting races, we help companies grow by providing them with national and local media exposure and an evening of excitement that does wonders for building business relationships. Race sponsorship means your company receives the naming rights to our races exposing your company to huge audiences in print, radio and television.  It also means you and your clients are guests in Visions function room where you will enjoy splendid food and wine together with a night of sheer entertainment.  Dining-out and the spectacle of harness racing under lights is a wonderful formula for building business relationships. 
        Individual Race Promotion {as from 1/1/12}

• Cost is $1000 plus gst
• 8 VIP passes to Visions : Superb meal, red & white wine, Tooheys New, XXXX gold, Hahn Lite, champagne, soft drinks, course entry, race books
• Trophy presentation to winning connections
• Photo of trophy presentation
• Opportunity to erect trade display and/or banner
• One person can watch the start of a race on the mobile barrier

Full Meeting Sponsorship  {as from 1/1/12}

• Cost is $8,000 plus gst
• Naming rights to all races on the program
• 60 VIP passes to Visions : Superb meal, red & white wine, Tooheys New, XXXX gold, Hahn Lite, champagne, soft drinks, course entry, race books
• Trophy presentations to winning connections
• Photo of trophy presentations
• Opportunity to erect trade display and/or banner
• One person per race can watch the start of a race on the mobile barrier

Limited additional VIP passes can be purchased at a cost of $90 each plus gst {a higher charge applies for November & December}

EXPOSURE

You receive the naming rights to our races enhancing your company’s recognition in the community.  Your company name will be promoted in the following press & media outlets. SKY Channel {hotels & clubs} - Pay TV Foxtel & Austar- {some races can be broadcast oversees by SKY}- Daily Telegraph - Newcastle Herald - Racing Radio - 2HD - NXFM - NBN Television - National trotguide and race book.

TRACK SIGNAGE
We conduct 80 meetings - 650 races, annually.  All races are shown on SKY Channel and all prime Friday & Saturday night races are beamed in to homes through Pay TV.
 1.           Outer perimeter – Back and Top Straight Billboards:  10 metres x 1.8 metres.
 Rental: From $5,000 for 12 months - construction of new signs cost extra
 2.           Double-sided billboards facing track patrons and Griffith Road users.
 Cost: P.O.A.
 3.           Home Straight Billboards:  Various sizes available
 Rental:  From $2,500 for 12 months - construction of new signs cost extra
