The Newcastle harness racing club offers a wide range of facilities to cater for all groups. Pacers restaurant - situated in our award winning grandstand, Pacers is designed over 4 tiers offering uninterrupted views of all the racing action. It has a seating capacity of 300. During the year Pacers menu varies between ala carte and smorgasbord style depending on when you book. All food in freshly prepared on site by our award winning chef.Visions function room is located on the mezzanine level of the grandstand and is mainly used on race nights by our race sponsors however it is available from time to time for group bookings. Seating capacity maximum 100. Visions is fully self contained with bar, dining and TAB facilities. Bell lap bistro located in the members area on the upper level of the grandstand and Tracks snacks on the lower level offers a wide range of al la carte meals and delicious take aways. Trotters canteen located in the betting ring are offers a selection of hot foods. There are 4 bars to cater for our patrons. Members bar, located on the top level of the grandstand, Visions bar, located on the mezzanine level , The Westburn Grant bar, located in the general public area on the ground floor of the grandstand and the Can bar located in the betting ring. The Parade Ring is located adjacent where the horses parade before going onto the track. The parade ring room can accommodate upto 350 people seated at round tables or 500 theatre style. it is fully enclosed and air conditioned and offers good viewing of the races. It has SKY and TAB monitors throught the room. It is available for bookings on race and non race nights and can be divided into three sections if required to cater for smaller groups
